Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead IT Infrastructure Integration initiatives, with a strong focus on employee onboarding, network connectivity, collaboration tools, and technology rationalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure integration programs, including M&A and organizational integration initiatives.
Drive seamless Day 1 employee onboarding, ensuring users have access to required systems, applications, devices, and services.
Coordinate network interconnectivity across offices, environments, and enterprise infrastructure.
Lead migration, consolidation, and integration of employee collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and similar platforms.
Drive application and IT tools rationalization, identifying opportunities to consolidate, retire, or standardize technologies.
Manage cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Network, Security, IAM, End User Computing, Applications, and Business Operations.
Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Provide regular program status, risk, and executive-level reporting.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in IT Program/Technical Project Management.
Strong experience with IT Infrastructure Integration, preferably in M&A environments.
Experience with Day 1 / Day 0 employee onboarding and integration.
Strong understanding of Networking, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, End User Computing, and Enterprise Applications.
Experience with collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Microsoft 365, etc.
Experience with application/tool rationalization and technology consolidation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
