Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Program Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership of end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, risk governance, and infrastructure program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure, M&A, GRC, and transformation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Establish project kickoffs, define project structures, roles, governance, milestones, and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain WBS, project schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while driving initiatives toward successful resolution.
• Coordinate Agile Program Increments (PIs), Sprints, and Waterfall project activities as required.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Applications, Networking, Storage, Databases, and Business functions.
• Lead infrastructure changes through CAB and ensure adherence to ITIL practices.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, disaster recovery, and platform upgrades.
• Ensure project execution aligns with security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Asset Management, and project-related activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear project updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor project KPIs, financial performance, schedules, risks, and overall delivery health.
• Drive project governance, issue resolution, executive communication, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, preferably within Infrastructure Operations, M&A, or GRC environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow-based initiatives.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure programs.
• Experience with project planning, WBS, milestones, RAID management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure technologies including servers, cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, databases, endpoints, and data centers.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, ITIL processes, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience with automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive project execution rather than focusing solely on reporting or operational oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or Agile/project management certification.
• Experience in GRC, Risk, Compliance, or M&A initiatives.
• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
• Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
