The client is a steel producer and one of the leading suppliers of long steel products in the Americas.

• Project Scope: a multi-year initiative to modernize its SAP landscape by migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.

• You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Master proficiency in Change Management is required. Master proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
• Master proficiency in Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics is suggested.
• Apply deep expertise to design and implement effective change strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Analyze change impact and develop actionable insights to improve transition success and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine change processes and tools.
