Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Change Management Lead for one of its clients in Remote + 30 40% to Chandler, AZ & Hollister, CA

NOTE: Some travel to Chandler, AZ & Hollister, CA

Job Title: Oracle Change Management Lead

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Change Management for Oracle / ERP programs
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience supporting Oracle implementations (Cloud or EBS)
• Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in Aerospace industry
• Familiarity with AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives
• Certification in change frameworks (Prosci, etc.)

Work Site: Remote + travel to Chandler, AZ & Hollister, CA

Duration: 6+ months Contract/ Fulltime

Expected Start Date: Mid-August
