Summary

Job Title: Principal Consultant System Contracting

Duration: Full Time Role
Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid Schedule - in office on Wednesdays)

Shift Hours: Mon - Fri 8a-5p

Salary range: $51.54/hr to $74.17/hr max -Final offered salary will be based on the individual candidate''''s experience

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in healthcare industry
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Payer Contracting, with at least 3 years of experience with value based contracting terms
Extensive Project Management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of legal, business, and insurance operation principles
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
