VP Sales – Healthcare Provider Sales Leadership- Hunter

Vice President – Healthcare Provider Sales opportunity. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving business growth within the Healthcare Provider market.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, delivery leadership, or related leadership roles.
  • 8+ years of proven success leading sales within the Healthcare Provider sector.
  • Strong experience selling AI, Analytics, Data Transformation, Digital Solutions, Finance & Accounting Operations, and related technology services to health systems.
  • Established executive relationships and a strong network within mid-to-large Healthcare Provider organizations and IDNs.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven sales leader with a hunter mentality.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and customer engagement.

Compensation:
$167,000 – $235,000 (plus performance-based incentives and benefits).

Target Market:

  • Mid-to-Large Healthcare Providers
  • National and Regional Health Systems
  • Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)

Sales Expectations:

  • Annual sales target of approximately $2–3 million
  • Typical deal sizes ranging from $7–10 million TCV
