Role: Integration Developer
Duration: 6-12 months CTH.
Hybrid 2-3 days in Indianapolis, IN (Locals on nearby states candidates those can relocate on their own)
Design and develop integration components including BPM flows, JDBC adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, Java services and EDI interfaces.
Own production support and incident management root cause analysis of recurring failures, identifying permanent fixes, and taking full solution responsibility.
Core knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, combined with traditional enterprise service administration experience, is required.
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise integration workflows using webMethods Integration Cloud (iPaaS) to connect SaaS applications with on-premises legacy systems.
Evaluate functional requirements and select the right integration pattern for performance, reusability, and maintainability.
Own EDI/B2B implementations connected to D365 Finance & Operations, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other enterprise platforms.
Design and implement secure, automated end-to-end file transfer workflows using webMethods MFT, ensuring full compliance with corporate data security standards.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews and architecture assessments aligned to team standards.
Support application availability, incident response, and planned maintenance windows, including off-hours coverage when required.
Produce clear and accurate integration design documentation.
Collaborate across time zones with integration, architecture, and business teams.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, platform OS upgrades, vulnerability assessments, andcontingency planning.
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment of webMethods integration packages across non-production and production environments.
Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading webMethods platform components, with hands-on application lifecycle management across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
8+ years hands-on with webMethods Integration Server (v10.x).
Strong EDI / B2B integration experience X12, EDIFACT, or similar.
Proficiency in XML, XSD, JSON, and both REST & SOAP web services.
Experience with Universal Messaging Pub/Sub, queues, channels.
ERP integration background D365 F&O, Oracle EBS, or equivalent.
webMethods Administration installation, fix packs, performance tuning.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work
experience.
