Job description :

Seeking an experienced Quickbase Integration & Data Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain Quickbase applications, integrations, and automated workflows supporting provider and contract management processes. The role will focus on data ingestion, ETL development, API integrations, workflow automation, data reconciliation, and application remediation related to changing provider data structures.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience building solutions on the Quickbase platform.
3+ years of experience integrating external data sources with business applications.
Strong experience with:
- Quickbase Pipelines
- Quickbase Relationships
- Formula Queries
- Summary Fields
- Quickbase REST API
- JSON processing
- Data mapping
Experience loading and transforming large JSON datasets.
Experience supporting one-to-many relational data models and implementing application changes based on defined data architecture.
Experience developing automated reconciliation and remediation workflows.
Experience interpreting changing data specifications and modifying existing applications or integrations to align with new source data requirements.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Quickbase Certified Expert.
Experience in healthcare
Experience supporting enterprise integration architecture efforts.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Quickbase applications, tables, relationships, forms, dashboards, and reports.
Build automated integrations using Quickbase Pipelines, REST APIs, JSON, SFTP, webhooks, and external data sources.
Design and support ETL processes for importing, transforming, validating, and reconciling provider and contract data.
Implement one-to-many and many-to-many relational data models within Quickbase.
Develop automation workflows, exception handling, and data remediation processes.
Optimize application performance, security, governance, and data quality monitoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Quickbase solutions.
