RPA AI Lead

Seeking a RPA AI Lead / Engineer with 12+ years of experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), specializing in designing, developing, integrating, and governing enterprise-scale automation solutions while driving CoE, security, and operational excellence initiatives.

Mandatory skills

·       12+ years of software engineering, enterprise automation, or platform engineering experience.

·       5+ years of enterprise UiPath engineering experience.

·       5+ years leading technical teams or complex enterprise automation initiatives.

·       Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise automation ecosystems.

·       Experience owning solution architecture, engineering standards, delivery lifecycle, and production support.

·       Experience defining technical skills, effort, architecture, and delivery plans for multiple initiatives.

·       Strong technical leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

·       Ability and willingness to come in – person interview and 3 days’ work from office.

Preferred Experience

·       UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certifications.

·       Experience leading enterprise Automation Centers of Excellence or large automation programs.

·       Experience presenting architecture and delivery recommendations to senior leadership.

·       Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
