Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA AI Lead / Manager with 12+ years of experience in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and AI-enabled automation. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise automation initiatives, drive solution architecture, manage delivery, govern Automation CoE, and mentor technical teams while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise automation projects using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design solution architecture, reusable frameworks, and automation standards.
• Drive Automation CoE governance, portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Lead development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvements.
• Manage technical teams, resource planning, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
• Implement AI-powered automation including Agentic AI, AI Agents, IDP, Process Mining, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Ensure security, compliance, DevSecOps, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with business and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise automation/software engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, APIs, SQL, Python/C#, Azure, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Proven leadership in Automation CoE, enterprise delivery, stakeholder management, and people management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Solution Architect/Advanced Developer Certification.
• Microsoft Power Platform and Azure certifications.
• Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Willingness to attend in-person interviews and work 3 days/week from the office.
