- Engage customers to assess home internet needs and usage
- Recommend suitable internet plans, speeds, and bundled services
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing
- Identify upsell opportunities such as add-ons and bundled packages
- Close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Achieve sales and performance targets consistently
- Document customer interactions and service selections accurately
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
- Stay informed on product updates and promotions
