  • Partner with sales teams to provide pre-sales technical support, presentations, and customer consultations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and external partners to develop comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Quantify and communicate the operational and financial benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical and customer issues while providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge across TMHNA technologies and solutions.
  • Represent TMHNA during customer meetings, demonstrations, and launch activities.
  • Train customers, partners, and internal team members on products, solutions, and best practices.
  • Travel extensively to customer locations to support solution design, implementation, training, and deployment activities.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable Engineering Field, an Engineer in Training certification, a professional engineering license, or equivalent engineering experience.
  • 1 + years of applications engineering or related technical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly apply new knowledge in practical situations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience supporting automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial technologies.
  • Experience creating AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, technical sales, or implementation roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in dynamic customer environments.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Where and When You'll Work:

  • Typical first shift hours, Monday through Friday.
