Summary

Required Experience & Qualifications:
• 10–15+ years of software development experience, mostly in .NET web application development.
• At least 3–5 years in a technical lead, team lead or onsite lead role, with direct responsibility for a development team's technical output.
• A proven record of taking applications from requirements to production release, including owning deployments and post-release support.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience writing and reviewing technical designs, requirements, test plans and deployment documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oracle PL/SQL experience, beyond SQL Server.
• Deeper Azure experience: Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, Service Bus.
• Automated testing frameworks: xUnit/NUnit/MSTest, Jest/React Testing Library.
• Secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Monitoring and logging tools such as Application Insights, Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
