As a
Manufacturing Engineer you will:
- Job Description
Support manufacturing, production, equipment, facility, and process engineering initiatives within a large-scale battery manufacturing environment. Work cross-functionally to manage engineering projects, optimize manufacturing processes, support equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement efforts. - Day to Day Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing, production, facility, and equipment engineering projects
- Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain engineering drawings, layouts, models, and technical documentation
- Create scopes of work, bid packages, project specifications, and installation packages
- Coordinate equipment installations, facility modifications, and utility integration projects
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, safety, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams
- Review technical drawings, equipment designs, and engineering specifications
- Participate in field walkdowns, site evaluations, and as-built verification activities
- Support manufacturing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while communicating project status to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement activities while supporting safety, quality, and operational objectives
This is a

The ideal candidate will have:
3-10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, automotive, battery, industrial, or production environment.Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- 3- years of experience in manufacturing, production, automotive, battery, industrial, or engineering project environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, equipment installations, facility improvements, or capital projects
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, or similar engineering software
- Experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, or high-volume production environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, facility systems, utilities, or automation systems
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar experience
- Experience supporting facility expansion, production startup, or equipment commissioning projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Pay Rate: $50-75/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
