As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:

  • Job Description
    Support manufacturing, production, equipment, facility, and process engineering initiatives within a large-scale battery manufacturing environment. Work cross-functionally to manage engineering projects, optimize manufacturing processes, support equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Day to Day Responsibilities
    • Support manufacturing, production, facility, and equipment engineering projects
    • Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements
    • Develop and maintain engineering drawings, layouts, models, and technical documentation
    • Create scopes of work, bid packages, project specifications, and installation packages
    • Coordinate equipment installations, facility modifications, and utility integration projects
    • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, safety, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams
    • Review technical drawings, equipment designs, and engineering specifications
    • Participate in field walkdowns, site evaluations, and as-built verification activities
    • Support manufacturing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
    • Assist with equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
    • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while communicating project status to stakeholders
    • Drive continuous improvement activities while supporting safety, quality, and operational objectives


This is a Full Time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: 3-10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, automotive, battery, industrial, or production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • 3- years of experience in manufacturing, production, automotive, battery, industrial, or engineering project environments
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, equipment installations, facility improvements, or capital projects
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision


Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, or similar engineering software
  • Experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, or high-volume production environments
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, facility systems, utilities, or automation systems
  • Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar experience
  • Experience supporting facility expansion, production startup, or equipment commissioning projects
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset


Pay Rate: $50-75/hr
