Summary

We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale SAP ERP implementation. This is a junior to mid-level role focused on organizational change management, business enablement, stakeholder support, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Support organizational change management (OCM) activities for ERP implementation.
Document change impacts and maintain data in Smartsheets.
Analyze and report change management data using Power BI or Tableau.
Assist with stakeholder analysis, business readiness, and training coordination.
Track change activities, action items, and project status.
Collaborate with project teams to support successful user adoption.

Required Skills:

1 3 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
Experience supporting SAP or ERP implementation projects.
Power BI, Tableau, or other BI reporting tools.
Smartsheet and advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness, or training support.
