Senior / Lead .NET Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior / Lead .NET Software Engineer to join their development team. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with ReactJS and .NET technologies, along with expertise in modernizing legacy applications and supporting Agile development environments.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

.NET Development

• Minimum 6+ years of development experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core using C# (and/or VB.NET) in Visual Studio IDE
• Experience developing Web APIs using .NET Core
• Experience writing extensive unit tests and Web API testing
• Experience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core and React

Front-End Development

• Minimum 6+ years of development experience with ReactJS
• Strong understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery

Database & Integration

• Expert-level SQL knowledge, including writing complex queries and stored procedures
• Skilled in working with SOAP and REST services

Technical Expertise

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Understanding of SOLID design principles
• Experience with code refactoring and design patterns
• Good understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations
• Understanding of GitFlow branching strategy and deployments

Tools & Technologies

• Azure
• Git and TFS
• CI/CD pipelines
• ADO or Jira
• Kubernetes deployments
• Telerik (preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of technical best practices in an Agile environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
