What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications in Microsoft Azure
• 5+ years of proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Drive modern engineering practices across distributed scrum teams
• Build and enhance APIs, microservices, and web applications using .NET and Angular
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native development
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Security teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor developers and elevate team capabilities through technical leadership and knowledge sharing
• Improve performance, resiliency, scalability, and overall platform reliability
• Help shape architecture decisions and engineering standards across multiple products

What We're Looking For

Required

• 10+ years of full-stack application development experience
• Strong Microsoft Azure cloud development experience
• Expertise with:
  • C#
  • ASP.NET
  • Angular
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
• Experience building enterprise APIs, web applications, and microservices
• Hands-on experience leading development teams and technical initiatives
• Strong experience with:
  • Azure DevOps
  • Git
  • Terraform
  • Jenkins
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with application security and code quality tools such as Fortify and Sonatype

Preferred

• Azure Government Cloud experience
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust principles
• Experience with feature flags, automated testing frameworks, and modern DevSecOps practices
• Experience working within SAFe or other scaled agile environments
