IT Service Desk Analyst - Livingston/Chatham, NJ (Onsite)We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team in the Livingston/Chatham, NJ area. This is a fully onsite role supporting a fast-paced environment where you'll be the go-to resource for end users, executives, and office technology across multiple locations.
Pay: $30-$40/HrWhat You'll Be Doing- Providing local desk-side and white-glove support for executives, staff, conference rooms, and office technology
- Managing incidents, service requests, and escalations through to resolution
- Delivering remote support for US and international locations
- Supporting onboarding, hardware deployment, office moves, and onsite troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting and supporting Windows, Mac, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
- Providing AV Level 1 support (rebooting, meeting assistance, etc.)
- Documenting all support activity clearly in the ticketing system
- Monitoring trends in reported issues to identify and flag recurring or chronic problems
- Escalating issues through the appropriate channels and communicating with end users until resolution
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of experience on a technical helpdesk or in a network administration role
- 3+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365/O365
- 3+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment)
- 2+ years troubleshooting Windows Server 2016 and later
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., Bomgar or similar)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD administration
- Experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS
- Experience with enterprise mobile devices
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication - written and verbal
- Ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves- Experience with VMware ESX/vSphere
- Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki)
- Experience with Citrix, Remote Desktop Services, or VPN solutions
- Microsoft certifications (MCSE/MCSA) or CompTIA Network+
- MSP or client-facing support experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.
