Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing coding and enhancing components across systems or applications.
- You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem solving discussions.
- Execute assigned development tasks with attention to detail and quality while following established processes.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to effective software solutions.
- Identify and resolve common issues independently seeking guidance when necessary to ensure continuous learning.
- Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and recognizing recurring patterns in software development.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation to support knowledge sharing and project continuity.
Basic Qualifications:- 6+ months of work experience
- Beginner proficiency in Python Automation
- UX Design skills
- SDLC understanding
- React.JS understanding
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:- Beginner proficiency in Custom Application Development
- Beginner proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management ITSM and Software Design Solutions
- Certified UX designer
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
