Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on SalesServices domains.
Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
o Discovery, process mapping and CRPdesignDemo lead workshops with business stakeholders
o Requirement Gathering
o Gap Fit Analysis
Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365D365
D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)
Roles & Responsibilities Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation
