Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can connect business needs with technology solutions, improve processes, and help teams deliver well-documented system enhancements. The role will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to translate requirements into actionable plans that support CRM, ERP, and cloud-based environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for system improvements and new capabilities.
Create clear business documentation, process maps, and functional specifications that guide design, configuration, and delivery efforts.
Serve as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, developers, and project teams to keep priorities aligned and decisions well communicated.
Evaluate current workflows and recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
Support CRM, ERP, and integration-related initiatives by translating operational needs into structured solution requirements.
Use SQL and reporting tools to analyze data, validate outcomes, and help build dashboards that support informed decision-making.
Contribute to Agile delivery activities such as backlog refinement, user story development, testing support, and release readiness.
Assist with change management activities by preparing documentation, coordinating updates, and helping users adopt new processes or system features.
Requirements
Experience working as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments with responsibility for requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to produce thorough documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP solutions, cloud technologies, and system integration concepts.
Working knowledge of SQL for data review, validation, and reporting support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across business and technical teams.
Experience supporting Agile frameworks, release processes, and change management efforts.
Background in process improvement, business process analysis, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
