Schedules:1st shift Weekends | Friday - Monday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
2nd shift Weekends | Thursday - Monday and Wednesday - Sunday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
Training Schedule | 1st Shift | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $19-22.00 per hour
What You'll Do (Job Duties)As a Test Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring high performance and reliability in complex manufacturing environments. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Work at the assembly line
- Inspecting, testing, and assembling gas delivery systems and components
- Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Conducting helium leak and module testing
- Reading and interpreting schematics to verify functionality
- Supporting cleanroom operations and adhering to safety standards

What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment (fast-paced preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of vacuum and pneumatic technologies
- Ability to read schematics, use test equipment, and stay on schedule with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 lbs. as needed
- Strong teamwork, dependability, and communication skills
