Required Skills & Experience
0-3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting, repair, manufacturing, testing, or diagnostics
Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
Familiarity with electronic components, printed circuit boards, microcontrollers, memory devices, and low-voltage circuits
Experience using digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, or other electronic test equipment
Associate degree, technical degree, trade school certification, military electronics training, or equivalent hands-on experience
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience repairing or testing electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
Familiarity with programmable logic devices such as FPGAs
Experience as an Electronics Technician, Repair Technician, Test Technician, Bench Technician, or Service Technician
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addresses and MAC addresses
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools
Familiarity with ESD procedures, production quality standards, or continuous improvement practices

Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot electronic products, systems, and assemblies
Isolate faults and identify the root causes of equipment failures
Use schematics, work instructions, engineering drawings, and diagnostic procedures to complete repairs
Perform functional testing and verify repaired products meet quality requirements
