Senior Payroll Analyst
JOB SUMMARY:
This position plays a critical role within the payroll team to optimize payroll processes, document all standard operating procedures, and resolve process/procedure issues. It requires strong payroll knowledge and analytical skills, along with the ability to exercise judgment for the purpose of executing payroll processes. The Payroll Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for employees in areas such as paycheck computations, deductions, tax calculations, payroll, and timekeeping systems. The role ensures compliance with established payroll policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
