Job Title: Automation QE

Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
- Hands on experience with Java and BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
- Prior experience with mainframe application testing and automation of mainframe components.
- Hands on experience with Jenkins and DevOps processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, and E2E Testing.
- Experience using GenAI capabilities in daily work and reporting GenAI savings to stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare UAT test cases based on requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with business stakeholders for preparing UAT test cases.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure 100% functional test coverage based on requirements.
- Ensure end-to-end system and regression testing is completed to validate the application.
- Coordinate with interfaces to perform interface testing.
- Attend agile sessions with product owners to refine detailed requirements.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on the application.
- Provide high-level estimates by sharing requirement details and discussing with the offshore team.
- Participate in regular meetings with offshore teams.
- Prepare test execution documents and present them to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the test environment and existing automation scripts after every sprint.
