**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a dynamic QA Automation Engineer with proven expertise in Selenium and API testing tools to oversee the full spectrum of software testing. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and executing automated and manual test suites for both web and backend services to ensure software reliability and optimal performance.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
- **Test Automation Frameworks:** Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java, Python, or Groovy preferred) for automating browser-based tests.
- **API Automation:** Proficiency with REST-assured, Postman, or similar tools for REST/SOAP API testing and validation.
- **Test Development:** Ability to design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios.
- **Scripting:** Strong coding skills in Java, Groovy, or Python.
- **Defect Management:** Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla, or equivalent issue tracking tools for logging and tracking defects.
- **CI/CD Pipeline Integration:** Experience integrating automated tests into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or comparable CI/CD environments.
- **Agile Collaboration:** Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development and testing.
- **SQL & Database Testing:** Competence in designing and executing queries to validate data integrity.
- **Reporting:** Experience using tools for test management and reporting (TestNG, Allure, XRay, Zephyr, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Industry certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Engineer).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
- Background in testing microservices or cloud-based architecture.
- Prior experience with performance or security testing is advantageous.
