Are you a detail-oriented banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our commercial, consumer, and real estate loan portfolios.

What You'll DoAs a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of our loan portfolio. Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records
- Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries
- Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking
- Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring
- Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans
- Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents
- Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team
You'll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing or a related banking role
- Strong understanding of lending fundamentals and collateral management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and math abilities
- Comfort working with computer systems and learning new platforms
- Familiarity with loan documentation, lending policies, and banking procedures
