Hiring: Platform Consultant

📍 Location: Morrisville, NC (Day 1 Onsite)
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Platform Consultant with experience in ERP, accounting, or financial software to support clients in maximizing the value of an accounting and investment ERP platform. The ideal candidate will provide functional consulting, platform configuration, client support, workflow optimization, and user training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance and best practices to clients on platform capabilities.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP platform environments.
• Support accounting, investment, and operational workflows.
• Assist with reporting, workflow improvements, and user adoption initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve client issues while coordinating with internal teams.
• Deliver client training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support implementations, upgrades, feature rollouts, and post-go-live activities.
• Document client configurations, business processes, and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Client Success, and Implementation teams to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP consulting, financial software, client services, or public accounting.
• Experience supporting ERP, accounting, tax, or investment management platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes.
• Experience configuring business applications and translating business requirements into solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• ERP implementation or functional consulting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and investment management workflows.
• Experience with client onboarding, training, and user adoption.
• Strong reporting and workflow optimization skills.
