Tableau Next Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Next Consultant to design, develop, and implement advanced analytics and AI-powered data solutions using Tableau Next, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Pulse, Tableau Agent, and Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, analytics, dashboard development, and AI-driven insights to help business stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Next.
• Implement AI-powered analytics capabilities including Tableau Agent and Tableau Pulse.
• Integrate Tableau with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, SQL databases, and other enterprise data sources.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop semantic data models, KPIs, metrics, and data governance frameworks.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Configure role-based security and enterprise access controls.
• Support Tableau Cloud administration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, data engineering, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Server.
• Experience with Tableau Next, Tableau Pulse, and AI-powered analytics capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing platforms.
• Understanding of data modeling, data governance, and metadata management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Salesforce certifications or Tableau certifications.
• Experience with Python, R, or advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM).

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst
• Tableau Certified Professional
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce AI Associate
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
