Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale AI, analytics, and customer data platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau Next, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Core Cloud products, and enterprise integration architecture. The role will focus on creating AI-driven customer experiences, data unification strategies, and agentic AI solutions that drive business outcomes. ,

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions for customer data unification and identity resolution. ,
• Design and deploy Agentforce-powered AI agents and conversational experiences. ,
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
• Define data modeling, segmentation, governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
• Implement AI-driven analytics using Tableau Next, CRM Analytics, and Tableau Agent. ,
• Design scalable architectures leveraging Hyperforce, APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Lead solution architecture workshops and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP/Data 360)
• Agentforce
• Salesforce Platform Architecture
• Apex, Lightning, APIs, Integration Patterns
• Tableau, Tableau Next, CRM Analytics
• Data Modeling and Data Governance
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Cloud Platforms
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Application/System Architect
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist
• Tableau Certified Professional

Nice to Have

• Experience with Slack integrations and conversational analytics. ,
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions using Agentforce and Tableau Next.
