Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Connectivity NPI Program Lead / Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of customer- and dealer-facing connectivity solutions across IoT, telematics, cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, and positioning technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical engineering knowledge, NPI/program leadership, connectivity experience, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from requirements through engineering execution and product delivery.
Define and manage functional and technical connectivity requirements.
Lead cross-functional engineering, technology, product, business, and supplier teams.
Develop and maintain technology and product roadmaps.
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and mitigation strategies.
Evaluate connectivity technologies, suppliers, and emerging technology solutions.
Support systems, hardware, and software requirements development and traceability.
Coordinate with enterprise architecture, technology, digital, engineering, and business teams.
Present program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior/VP-level stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
Strong experience in Technical Program Management / NPI / Engineering Program Management
Experience with systems engineering, product development, requirements management, and cross-functional engineering execution
Demonstrated experience with program/project execution and risk management
Strong technical communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
