Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Ramsey, NJ that is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably with a strong technical/infrastructure background and solid business acumen, as they will collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders with a heavy focus on real estate projects.

* Real estate and facilities projects: Office relocations, moves, and closures managed from a technical/infrastructure perspective; Candidates must be comfortable coordinating internal teams and external providers across telecommunications, wiring, asset recovery, and deployment services
* Change management experience: Transitions of lifecycle services (e.g., moving from capital purchase models to leasing or desktop-as-a-service initiatives), onboarding new vendors, and building out policies, procedures, and SOPs to maintain project timelines
* M&A/integration experience: Acquisitions, divestitures, and post deal integration work from an infrastructure standpoint

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
