Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong process mapping and Microsoft Visio expertise to support a large-scale transformation initiative for the MTA (New York State). The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, process improvement, business analysis, and stakeholder management within large enterprise environments.
 Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis

Experience working in large, complex, or matrix organizations

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, including:

SharePoint (Site Creation, Document Libraries, Access Control)

Advanced Excel skills:

Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP/HRIS systems

Experience with project/task management tools

Proficiency in:
