You'll partner closely with our centralized Analytics Reporting team, serving as the Digital Marketing team's go-to expert for performance insights, testing strategy, and experience optimization. Website Performance & Insight
Serve as the authority on website performance within marketing, owning the narrative of how our digital experiences are performing, where they're excelling, and where they're falling short
Analyze site metrics, customer behavior patterns, and journey data to evaluate the effectiveness of website experiences end-to-end
Establish performance baselines, build measurement frameworks, and assess pre- and postlaunch impact of every website update
Proactively surface risks, friction points, and untapped opportunities across acquisition and conversion journeys
Partner with the Analytics & Reporting team to leverage Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and related tools, going beyond standard reports to uncover insights others miss
Testing, Experimentation & Optimization
Lead our test-and-learn agenda - designing, coordinating, and interpreting A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and targeted experiences
Build a rigorous experimentation culture: define hypotheses, ensure statistical rigor, and drive clear decision-making from results
Prioritize optimization initiatives based on measurable impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
Track the cumulative impact of testing and optimization efforts over time, building the case for continued investment
Ensure optimization is continuous - performance stewardship doesn't end at launch, it evolves with customer behavior
Data Storytelling & Strategic Influence
Transform data into narrative - craft executive-ready readouts that clearly articulate what's happening, why it matters, and what we should do about it
Develop performance narratives that connect the dots between metrics, customer behavior, and business outcomes
Present insights with clarity to audiences ranging from cross-functional partners to Sr leadership
Reduce ambiguity across the organization - replace "we think" with "we know" by grounding decisions in evidence
Ensure insights don't sit in dashboards - they drive action, shape roadmaps, and elevate the customer experience
What You Bring
Deep website analytics experience - you've supported customer-facing digital experiences and know how to connect data to real experience improvements
Strong experimentation experience - demonstrated experience designing and running A/B testing, targeting, and personalization programs with rigor
Exceptional storytelling ability - you can take a complex data set and distill it into a clear, compelling narrative that non-technical stakeholders immediately understand and act on
Fluency in analytics tools - experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar platforms) to build reports, uncover patterns, and drive data-informed decisions
Communication range - equally effective presenting to a room of executives as you are whiteboarding with a product team
Cross-functional agility - comfortable operating in fast-moving digital environments where priorities shift and collaboration is constant

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
