Overall Purpose Th e Senior Director, Analytics leads a high-performance team of analysts that is focused on generating actionable insights to drive long-term growth through product strategy, optimiz ing user experience, m anaging fraud and inform ing key business decisions.
Essential Functions: - Lead s the development and execution of the business and fraud analytics strategy in alignment with company goals and product roadmaps.
- Partner s closely with product, engineering, design, and executive leadership to define key metrics and ensure data informs decisions at all stages.
- Support s resource allocation , business case building and prioritization of new initiatives leveraging a wide variety of internal data sources and market intelligence .
- Develops tailored A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies that inform product decisions from initial concept through launch, enabling data backed iteration and optimization across the product lifecycle. Guide s the development and maintenance of scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable self-service analytics and real-time decision-making.
- Translate s complex data into compelling stories and insights that drive action for stakeholders from multiple functions and across all parts of product lifecycle .
- Foster s a culture of hypothesis testing and data-driven thinking across the organization and promote best practices in experimentation, metric design, and user behavior analysis.
- Ensure s data integrity, governance, and privacy standards are upheld in all analytics work.
- Identif ies opportunities for automation and process improvement in analytics workflows.
- Stay s current with analytics tools, industry trends, and emerging technologies that could enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications - Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in business Analytics , Management , Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 1 5 years of experience in product or fraud analytics, data science, or business intelligence .
- 5 years' experience in leadership.
- Strong written / verbal communication - able to clearly present to Functional Business Leads , Internal Leadership and External Stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization is necessary; must be able to clearly articulate technical ideas to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapid change, manage multiple projects and/or changing priorities to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required .
- Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams.
- Background and drug screen .
Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of the ecommerce , fraud , and digital payments landscape.
- Demonstrated Leadership and initiative regarding process redesign and / or analytics transformation .
- Master's degree in Business Administration , Analytics, or related field.
Physical RequirementsWorking conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $188,000 - $235,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $226,000 - $282,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
