AI Ecommerce Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for an AI Ecommerce Product Manager to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
This role will own the customer experience across multiple technology stacks, driving conversion optimization, AI-enabled automation, and modern digital commerce initiatives that improve both customer engagement and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience with digital products or eCommerce platforms
* Experience owning customer-facing web products across multiple brands or business units
* Experience leveraging AI tools or launching AI-enabled products, features, or business processes
* Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices; Conversion optimization; Mobile-first design; Digital customer journeys
* Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-assisted digital experiences
* Comfortable balancing strategic product planning with hands-on execution
* Experience working across multiple technology stacks is highly preferred
* Previous experience managing or mentoring product team members is preferred

Nice to Have:
* Experience with education, online learning, or digital marketplaces
* Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing
* Knowledge of SEO, AI search optimization, and emerging AI discovery trends

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
