Summary:
The AI Program Manager is responsible for defining, driving, and scaling AI adoption across Company. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and organizational change agent, helping the company realize value from Microsoft Copilot and future enterprise AI investments.
Primary Responsibilities include:
* Drive Microsoft Copilot adoption
* Increase AI utilization across the company
* Build excitement around AI opportunities
* Create practical business use cases
* Develop AI success stories
* Improve AI literacy throughout the organization Community of Practice Development
Build and lead:
* AI user communities
* Prompt-sharing groups
* Knowledge-sharing channels
* AI champion programs
* Internal collaboration networks
Develop and deliver:
* AI workshops
* Copilot training programs
* Business-user education
* Executive enablement sessions
* Department-specific AI learning paths; Must be comfortable teaching audiences with varying levels of AI maturity
Partner with leadership to define:
* Enterprise AI strategy
* AI governance models
* AI policies
* Operating frameworks
* AI investment priorities
* Long-term adoption roadmap
* Help create business cases for AI initiatives and advise leaders on future AI opportunities
Support future initiatives involving:
* Copilot integration
* Enterprise data access
* AI-enabled analytics
* Knowledge retrieval solutions
* Business intelligence modernization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
