Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a hybrid Senior Product Manager to join their team, to lead initiatives focused on channel management, sourcing strategy, inventory planning, and process improvement. This role will assess current SKU data and online sales restrictions, identify revenue-impacting gaps, and develop solutions to improve product availability across sales channels. Responsibilities include conducting current-state analyses, mapping product and SKU data, building actionable roadmaps for improvement, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and online sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong background in product management, inventory planning, and supply chain operations
* Experience identifying and resolving product, SKU, or channel-related restrictions impacting sales performance
* Ability to conduct current-state assessments and develop strategic improvement roadmaps
* Experience with process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
* Knowledge of data mapping and product data governance; advanced technical data skills are not required
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience supporting sourcing transformation or dynamic sourcing initiatives preferred
* Excellent communication and project management abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
