Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Summary:
The team this individual will join, supports the consolidation of all the finance data to create AI ready data. The team needs a strong Mid-Senior project manager that can create roadmaps, solve problems, help with milestones, planning, and drive outcomes. They would like an individual that has a level of technical acumen and has supported a data focused organization/group previously. The team finally emphasized the need for a strong project management background, as being the top priority.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting technical data-focused teams/groups
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience running project ceremonies, milestone planning, and delivery tracking
* Curiosity and critical thinking to identify risks and blockers
* Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to connect business and technology discussion
* The team does not require deep technical skills such as coding or SQL expertise but prefers someone who has previously worked in technical delivery environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
