Program Manager (Supply Chain Operations)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations, to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Program Manager to lead distribution center optimization and transformation initiatives. This role requires proven experience executing physical supply chain operations, including inventory movement and DC consolidations, along with a track record of leading network redesign and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who can step in early, take ownership of execution ahead of formal project kickoff, and drive initiatives forward with minimal ramp-up time. A solid understanding of supply chain systems is required, though this is not a deeply technical role. Success in this position depends on the ability to quickly assess environments, lead operational change, and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving settings.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on supply chain operations experience
* Has physically moved inventory/collapsed DCs: Not theoretical-real operational execution
* Experience with DC transformations: Consolidations, redesigns, or network optimization
* Strong project leadership capability: Can own execution early before formal project kickoff
* Solid (not deep) systems understanding: Needs exposure to systems, but NOT a technical architect
* Ability to ramp quickly: Must be able to step in immediately and lead

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
