Product Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Tech Lead in Suwanee, GA to to drive strategy, ownership, and delivery of technology capabilities supporting asset lifecycle management across supply chain and operations. This role focuses on enabling visibility, control, and optimization of assets from sourcing through deployment and ongoing performance. You will partner with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to translate complex asset-related challenges into scalable, outcome-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing work, and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
* Own and prioritize product backlog aligned to business value
* Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories
* Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver solutions
* Drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous environments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain and operations
* Track performance metrics and continuously improve product outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of product management or related experience
* Proven ability to own product outcomes and drive value delivery
* Experience working across complex systems and platforms
* Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Experience working with engineering and technical teams
* Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
* Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with asset management, supply chain, or logistics systems
* Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or asset lifecycle platforms
* Experience in product-driven or agile environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
