Job Requirements Key Responsibilities:Change Governance: Lead the end-to-end Change Management lifecycle (Request, Assess, Approve, Implement, Review) for infrastructure and application platform changes.Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough impact analyses for all proposed changes to identify potential conflicts, dependencies, or risks to production environments.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Security, and Project Management) to facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.Operational Readiness: Ensure that implementation plans, rollback strategies, and communication plans are clearly defined and tested before any change is promoted to production.Compliance & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive audit trails and change logs to ensure adherence to corporate governance, security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL).Continuous Improvement: Monitor change success rates and "incident-after-change" metrics to identify systemic issues and drive process improvements in the deployment pipeline.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management, or Change Management within an enterprise IT environment.Frameworks: Deep understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes, specifically Service Transition and Change Management.Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with modern infrastructure delivery pipelines (Cloud platforms, CI/CD, IaC, and distributed systems) to effectively assess technical changes.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) for change tracking and workflow automation.Process Governance: Proven ability to manage CAB meetings, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions regarding deployment readiness.Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure incident or deployment scenarios.Work Experience 10-15Years
