Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in change management and agile delivery. This role requires leading large-scale program and project efforts within a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will excel at adapting to changing business needs, managing competing priorities, and driving accountability and transparency across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale program and project initiatives within the financial services industry.
- Plan and direct routines and reporting to ensure accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Adapt to evolving business requirements and balance multiple competing priorities.
- Facilitate consensus among stakeholders with diverse business objectives.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Apply a practical working knowledge of change management standards.
- Leverage agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence, to manage project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Change Management, Portfolio Management, or Project Management within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience leading large-scale program and project efforts at a global financial services organization.
- Demonstrated strength in communication skills at the senior executive level.
- Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau is considered a plus.
