Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Onsite Personalization
Location: New York, NY 10036 (Onsite)
Duration: Contract - 8 months + possible extension
Pay Range: $75-85/hour W2

Job Description
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Onsite Personalization to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in onsite lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and subscription-based product marketing and a proven ability to execute and optimize multi-market campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, QA, launch, and maintain onsite lifecycle campaigns across 8+ regions on web, mobile web, and connected TV.
- Own audience segmentation, triggers, rules, frequency capping, journey orchestration, and campaign prioritization.
- Monitor campaign health pre-, during, and post-launch, and troubleshoot production issues quickly.
- Design personalized experiences using lifecycle stage, subscription status, content affinity, and behavioral history signals.
- Report on performance and implement testing strategies and optimizations, including automation improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in marketing automation or product marketing. Streaming experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in agile environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Redfast/Recurly Engage. Required.
- Understanding of subscription models, including premium tiers, downgrades, price changes, and related lifecycle mechanics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Iterable, or a comparable onsite/lifecycle platform.
- Familiarity with SQL for audience validation and campaign analysis.
- Experience integrating CDPs such as Segment, mParticle, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Understanding of feature flags and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of subscription lifecycle metrics, including trial conversion, renewal, churn, and LTV.
- Experience with localization management systems and multilingual content workflows.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven marketing architectures.
Deal Breakers:
- Recent, multi-year hands-on experience with Redfast/Recurly Engage. Ability to support immediately.
