This fast-growing financial technology business provides critical identity and verification infrastructure for institutions across the United States. By replacing outdated legacy systems with an advanced data platform that aggregates public records, fraud telemetry, and financial signals, the company currently powers over 20% of financial institutions nationwide. Having reached a key market inflection point, the organization is scaling its public presence and brand reach.
Operating as a Marketing Designer, this person will join a high-velocity, low-bureaucracy design and marketing team to shape how the market perceives the company's platform. This role requires a collaborative visual designer who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, polished digital experiences. On a day-to-day basis, this person will own the visual execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, web assets, and major product releases while collaborating directly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or visual design (fintech or startup experience is highly preferred).
- A professional portfolio demonstrating clean typography, layout design, and compelling marketing assets.
- Proven ability to iterate quickly based on cross-functional feedback.
- Proximity to the New York City area with the ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities - Design high-impact visual assets for product releases, announcements, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Execute website updates, landing page optimizations, and digital asset creation.
- Develop high-converting email templates and static graphics for social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all public-facing digital channels.
- Collaborate directly with marketing and design teams to turn concepts into immediate deliverables.
This position is an ongoing contract opportunity with strong potential to convert into a permanent, full-time role based on performance and headcount. The position offers a competitive compensation rate of $60 per hour and follows a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the New York City office.
