Summary

Role: Application System Analyst / Utility Operations Analyst
Location: 3 Lincoln CTR, Oakbrook Terrace, IL - 5 days per week onsite (potential future flexibility for hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CET platform, ensuring pricing, contract data, labor rates, and equipment costs remain accurate and up to date.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT, troubleshooting issues and coordinating system fixes, enhancements, testing, migrations, and deployments.
Partner with Engineering, Accounting, IT, and other business groups to gather, validate, and implement updates into the system.
Communicate system updates, process changes, and issue resolutions to users across multiple departments.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage critical data and processes independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
Experience administering business applications, financial systems, or enterprise tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with IT teams, even if not performing development work.

Preferred Qualifications

Utility industry experience, preferably electric utility.
Experience supporting regulated environments.
Background working with financial systems, estimating tools, or contract management platforms.
Understanding of system testing, deployments, migrations, and production releases.

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently as the sole administrator
Comfortable collaborating with many stakeholders
Strong at gathering information, asking questions, and maintaining data integrity
Able to bridge business and IT conversations effectively
