Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with operational data, and proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Monitor business processes and identify operational gaps.
• Perform root-cause analysis to investigate operational issues.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Track key operational metrics and prepare performance summaries.
• Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and business analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc analysis based on business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Operations Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with KPI tracking and operational performance reporting.
• Understanding of process improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working with databases and business systems.
• Familiarity with forecasting and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of Agile or other process improvement methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
