Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Account Manager – E-Commerce / Digital Operations to manage the implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization of customer e-commerce websites.

The Customer Account Manager will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure e-commerce websites deliver a high-quality customer experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, digitally minded, customer-focused, analytical, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and setup of potential customers' e-commerce websites.
  • Coordinate and support new e-commerce website launches.
  • Implement and review product updates, website refreshes, promotions, and other digital content changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful website implementation and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough website QA to ensure content and functionality meet quality standards.
  • Review website experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Create and update website assets including banners, image tiles, and promotional graphics.
  • Support the creation and implementation of digital/e-commerce content.
  • Provide customer training and ongoing customer support.
  • Assist customers with questions and issues related to their e-commerce websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage digital activities and project priorities.
  • Support marketing operations and workflows related to creative, campaigns, trade activities, and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor website content and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions, and make recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, customer account management, website management, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-service and customer-support skills.
  • Experience working with e-commerce websites or digital platforms.
  • Experience implementing or managing website updates, product changes, promotions, or site launches.
  • Experience with website QA and content validation.
  • Basic experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience creating website assets such as banners, graphics, image tiles, and promotional content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating website design or e-commerce design work.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and building or modifying landing pages.

  • Experience with e-commerce content management systems.
  • Experience working with digital marketing or website implementation teams.
