Lifecycle Operations Technical Manager

Must-Have Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation/ESP platforms such as Inerrable, Braze, SFMC, or similar, plus audience segmentation tools.
• Strong understanding of customer/merchant lifecycles and experience working with data warehouses or audience data pipelines.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Inerrable, Snowflake, High touch, CDPs, or reverse ETL tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
